RMF Shortlisted at The Birmingham Chambers of Commerce Awards!
RMF Construction Training Academy staff have had to dry-clean their tuxedo’s and iron out their new frocks for another awards ceremony that recognised and celebrated all of their hard work in training and assisting socially disadvantaged candidates into employment through Fresh Start.
RMF Construction Training Academy were officially shortlisted for the awards category of Excellence in Training & Education – just weeks after being shortlisted for the Tesfe awards, highlighting the positive impact the training academy which ready’s candidates for employment through Fresh Start is having both on candidates and the industry.
Russell Jeans, chairman of the judges and chief operating officer at the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce stated: “Our judges commented on the high calibre of entries and the Chamber thanks them for their diligence and enthusiasm in tackling what became a huge task.”
The shortlisting is testament to the great work completed on a daily basis of all those involved with RMF and Fresh Start who reflect the companies drive to help disadvantaged candidates that need it the most whilst going above and beyond to ensure that any barrier standing in our learners way can be overcome – well done to all!
